JOINN reshuffles company secretarial roles: Karen Cheung steps down, Ching Ying Lee appointed

JOINN Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. announced a series of governance changes effective 17 July 2026.

Karen Cheung Ka Lun resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Hong Kong Process Agent. Cheung cited personal work arrangements and confirmed no disagreement with the Board nor issues requiring shareholder attention.

To ensure continuity, the Board appointed Ching Ying Lee—currently an Assistant Manager at Tricor Services Limited with more than six years of corporate secretarial experience—as Joint Company Secretary. Lee meets the professional qualifications stipulated in Listing Rule 3.28.

Gao Dapeng will remain in his role as Joint Company Secretary after receiving confirmation from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of his eligibility under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17.

Additionally, Lee assumes the roles of Authorised Representative and Process Agent. Following these changes, JOINN’s Authorised Representatives are Feng Yuxia and Ching Ying Lee, while the Process Agents are Ho Wing Tsz Wendy and Ching Ying Lee.

The Board expressed appreciation to Karen Cheung for her service and welcomed Ching Ying Lee to her new roles.
