YIHAI INTL issued a reminder on 27 April 2026 confirming that all upcoming corporate communications—such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated solely in electronic format.

Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company’s website (www.yihchina.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Shareholders whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide an active email address to those intermediaries to receive electronic notifications.

Investors preferring hard-copy documents can submit a reply form or email yihchina.ecom@computershare.com.hk to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, specifying their name, address and language preference (English, Chinese or both). Each request for printed materials remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Queries can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time.
