On June 4th, Chairman of the Board Wu Yifang increased his holdings in EVEREST MED (01952) by 20,000 shares.

The transaction was executed at a price of HK$28.8 per share, resulting in a total investment of HK$576,000.

Following this acquisition, his total shareholding has risen to approximately 2.1602 million shares.

This revised holding now represents a 0.61% stake in the company.
