Cecep Wind-Power Corporation (601016.SH) announced its plan to issue corporate bonds totaling no more than RMB 2 billion. After deducting issuance costs, the proceeds will be used to repay maturing debts, fund project construction and operations, replace prior project investments, supplement working capital, or other purposes compliant with regulatory requirements.
