Shenzhen Zesum Technology Signs Fiber Optic Connector Demand Forecast Cooperation Memorandum Involving USD 500 Million

Shenzhen Zesum Technology Co.,Ltd. (301486.SZ) has announced that the company recently signed a "2027 Annual Demand Forecast Cooperation Memorandum" with a PH customer.

For the year 2027, the PH customer is expected to procure fiber optic connectors (including MPO fiber optic patch cords and other optical communication products) from the company, with an estimated total demand forecast target amount of USD 500 million.

The 2027 demand forecast is solely for the purpose of annual supply chain coordination and capacity locking between both parties. The final supply, settlement, and delivery plans shall be subject to purchase orders formally issued by the PH customer and confirmed by both parties thereafter.
