CATL Sets 1.69% Coupon Rate for "26CATLK1" Corporate Bond

CATL (03750) announced that Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Issuer") has received registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on February 6, 2026, for the public issuance of corporate bonds up to RMB 5 billion to professional institutional investors. On February 11, 2026, the Issuer and lead underwriters conducted a coupon rate inquiry with professional institutional investors, with an interest rate range of 1.60% to 2.20%. Based on the inquiry results and after careful consideration, the final coupon rate for the bonds (bond abbreviation: "26CATLK1", bond code: 524672) has been set at 1.69%.
