On August 30th, Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. held its 2025 Quality Activity Season Kickoff Meeting in Guangzhou. Senior management, department managers, supervisors, and engineers participated in the event, collectively launching a new journey of quality improvement under the theme "Standardized Operations for Quality Advancement, Professional Innovation for Premium Excellence."
Over the past decade, Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. has been deeply engaged in the server industry, closely following customer demands and achieving continuous technological breakthroughs, capacity improvements, and quality enhancements throughout server platform iterations. Reflecting on 2024, despite the dual challenges of global economic volatility and intensified industry competition, the company's quality initiatives achieved breakthrough results. The Guangzhou facility demonstrated outstanding performance during the 2024 Quality Month activities, establishing a solid foundation for quality work in 2025. These achievements stem from the company's unwavering commitment to the quality philosophy of "standardized operations, get it right the first time; source management, continuous improvement," along with the collective efforts of all employees.
In 2025, with the comprehensive arrival of the AI and computing power era, the high-end PCB market faces new development opportunities and challenges. To adapt to new circumstances and meet new challenges, the company is hosting the Quality Activity Season through more systematic and in-depth quality improvement activities, focusing on customer needs, strengthening fundamental operations, forging core capabilities, making high standards a habit, and winning the future through high quality.
During the kickoff meeting, Quality Department Manager Li provided a detailed interpretation of the activity plan and introduced the activity content. Manager Li emphasized that only through "precision standardized operations" can "quality advancement" be truly achieved. "Professional innovation" serves as the core means to attain "high-end quality" – professional work without innovation leads to stagnation, while innovation without professionalism is blind. Only by combining both can quality leaps be realized.
In his mobilization speech, Manufacturing Department Director Jin from the Guangzhou facility noted that yield improvements achieved significant results in 2024. For 2025, improving product quality and achieving first-time success requires active participation and cooperation from all processes. Director Jin required managers at all levels to lead by example, guiding all employees to implement comprehensive standardized operations and maintain full-process quality control, addressing issues at their source.
Group Chief Engineer Li Qinyuan emphasized in his summary mobilization that standardized operations must not only address "whether to execute" but also focus on "how to execute better and more thoroughly." Regarding project management work, Chief Engineer Li further outlined requirements: ensuring both quality stability and continuity while continuously promoting quality culture development, clearly recognizing the cause-and-effect logic that "output requires input," and guaranteeing result achievement through process control.
Finally, Chief Engineer Li acknowledged the active participation and full support of all management personnel in quality improvement initiatives, clearly expressing the company's firm determination and urgent expectations for continuous quality improvement and breakthrough of quality bottlenecks.
