Baidu, Inc. disclosed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 541,200 Class A ordinary shares on 09 September 2026 at prices ranging from HK$90.95 to HK$93.00 per share, spending HK$49.99 million.
Including this transaction, Baidu has bought back 1,640,350 shares since shareholders authorised the programme on 26 August 2026, equivalent to 0.06% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. The current authorisation allows for up to 273.36 million shares to be repurchased. Under listing rules, Baidu is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the latest buyback, setting a moratorium until 09 October 2026.
Issued share capital remains at 2.21 billion shares. Shares repurchased on 07 and 08 September 2026—545,000 shares at an average HK$91.68 and 554,150 shares at an average HK$90.23—along with the latest 541,200 shares, are pending cancellation.
