Young Officials in Guizhou Energy Supervision Agency Receive Collective Integrity Advisory

Deep News08-06 20:41

A collective integrity advisory session for all young officials at the Guizhou Energy Supervision Office has been organized by the agency's discipline inspection committee, following earlier individual integrity discussions. This initiative is part of a broader effort to deepen the implementation of specialized warning education and strengthen the supervision and management of young cadres.

During the session, the agency's discipline inspection committee secretary analyzed serious disciplinary and legal cases, detailing the circumstances of each case. He identified four categories of integrity risks in daily duties, including inaction, reluctance to act, improper action, and acting for personal gain. By mapping out potential risks at each post, the secretary used these cases as clear warnings, guiding young officials to understand the boundaries of their authority and remain vigilant against integrity hazards at all times.

The meeting set specific requirements for the young officials: first, to uphold disciplinary boundaries, strictly adhere to rules, and solidify their ideological defenses, never forgetting their initial commitment and laying a strong foundation for clean governance; second, to strengthen their sense of responsibility and initiative, strive for progress, and hone their professional skills to fulfill their duties earnestly; and third, to commit to continuous self-improvement, regularly engage in self-reflection and self-warning, purify their social circles, and enhance their business learning and practice. This approach aims to drive the high-quality development of energy supervision with solid work ethics and service capabilities.

Young officials present at the session expressed that they will take this collective integrity advisory as an opportunity, always maintaining a sense of reverence, and properly fasten the "first button" of clean governance. They are committed to actively engaging in the high-quality development of energy supervision with a clean and pragmatic work style.
