On the policy front, the 15th Five-Year Plan explicitly aims to strengthen systematic layout at the forefront of global science and technology, implementing strategic deployments in artificial intelligence, quantum technology, biotechnology, and new energy. Not long ago, the State Council issued the Opinions on Developing New Quality Productive Forces, further stating the need to fully implement the "AI+" initiative, explicitly advancing AI-driven transformation of traditional enterprises and strengthening efficient supply of computing power, algorithms, and data.
On the industry front, domestic computing infrastructure is accelerating its expansion, and deep adaptation between domestic large models and domestic chips has become a clear development trend. Behind this lies a deeper logic of great-power competition and strategic support for industrial development. Guotai Haitong Securities stated that thanks to strong industry trends, the A-share technology sector, especially leading AI companies, currently does not exhibit obvious valuation risks. After a quarter of adjustment, the forward valuations of some representative companies have already reached relatively low levels. From a medium-term perspective, as industrial space further expands and microstructural issues are gradually digested, a comprehensive market rally may still emerge and continue to strengthen, and the current period may be a good time for positioning.
On the valuation front, the underlying index of Fortune 50 ETF (588330) currently has a price-to-earnings ratio (PE, TTM) of 33.21 times, below the median of 40.64 times and at a relatively low 25.63% percentile since listing.
