Tianqi Lithium (09696) announced that Ms. Wong Hoi Ting has resigned as the company's joint company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules due to other work commitments, effective December 8, 2025. Ms. Li Jiahui has been appointed as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective from the same date. Mr. Zhang Wenyu has been appointed as alternate authorized representative, also effective December 8, 2025, while continuing to serve as another joint company secretary.
