In line with the requirements of the "Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Notice on the 2026 Advanced Research and Training Program (Urgently Needed Talent Cultivation Program) Plan for the Shanghai Professional Technical Talent Knowledge Update Project" (Hu Ren She Zhuan [2026] No. 129), and focusing on vigorously developing AI + consumer sectors, driving industry transformation and upgrading towards intelligence, personalization, and efficiency, and continuously unleashing the integrated innovation potential of "AI + consumer," the program "AI + Consumer - Full Domain Intelligence, Digital-Real Integration" has been approved by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and included in this year's urgently needed talent cultivation project plan. It will be organized by the Shanghai Commercial Enterprise Management Association. Relevant details are now announced as follows.
Target Participants
The program targets business management personnel with intermediate or senior professional titles from municipal and district-level state-owned commercial group headquarters, private enterprises, as well as mid-level and young management personnel and key young professional technical personnel from their subordinate enterprises in Shanghai.
Training Content
Specific course schedule details will be provided separately.
Training Format
Adhering to the principles of high standards, small scale, and distinctive features, the training will combine thematic reports, specialized seminars, and case studies. It will engage university professors specializing in relevant research, experts from relevant government departments, and practical mentors in information technology from leading companies such as Douyin and Meituan. The training for professional technical personnel will last for 3 days.

Registration Method
Relevant units are requested to have their participants register before August 14 by logging into the "Learning Center" on the Shanghai Professional Technical Personnel Continuing Education Public Service Platform (website: https://www.rsj.sh.gov.cn/jxjy/#/index). After successful registration, participants can check their registration status within the system. The training class will enroll 100 participants based on merit, and registration will close once the quota is filled.
Additional Information
(1) Participants who complete the required courses and pass the review will receive 24 credit hours. They can download the credit hour certificate from the "Shanghai Professional Technical Personnel Continuing Education Public Service Platform" 30 working days later.
(2) This training is free of charge, and working lunches will be provided during the training period. Any accommodation and round-trip transportation costs are the responsibility of the participants.
