According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 19, a shareholder of ES Services (01995) transferred shares from Haitong International Securities to HSBC Hong Kong, with a transfer value of HK$706 million, accounting for 23.61% of the total.

ES Services has been actively repurchasing shares recently. The company announced that on December 19, 2025, it spent HK$348,800 to repurchase 200,000 shares. Additionally, on December 18, 2025, it repurchased 200,000 shares for HK$346,700. Earlier, on December 17, 2025, the company bought back 200,000 shares for HK$341,000, and on December 16, 2025, it repurchased another 200,000 shares for HK$334,000. On December 15, 2025, ES Services acquired 162,000 shares for HK$272,100.
