DTXS Silk Road Updates Board Structure and Committee Line-up Effective 1 April 2026

DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Company Limited has released the composition of its board of directors and the membership of its four board committees, all effective from 1 April 2026.

The eight-member board comprises six executive directors and two independent non-executive directors. Executive Chairman Lu Jianzhong continues to lead the board, joined by Yang Xingwen, Huang Dahai, Co-Chief Executive Officer Wong Kwok Tung Gordon Allan, and Lin Xiaoling. Independent perspectives are provided by Choi Victor Wang Tao and Hau Amy Wing Gee.

Committee appointments are as follows:

• Audit Committee – Chaired by independent director Choi Victor Wang Tao, with members Yang Xingwen, Wong Kwok Tung Gordon Allan and Hau Amy Wing Gee.

• Nomination Committee – Led by Executive Chairman Lu Jianzhong; committee members include Huang Dahai and Hau Amy Wing Gee.

• Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Huang Dahai, with Choi Victor Wang Tao serving as member.

• Investment Committee – Chaired by Choi Victor Wang Tao; Yang Xingwen and Wong Kwok Tung Gordon Allan are members.

The updated governance framework delineates clear oversight responsibilities across audit, nomination, remuneration and investment matters, formalising DTXS Silk Road’s board structure for the upcoming financial periods.
