Scholar Education Group disclosed that the scheme trustee repurchased 135,000 shares on 28 October 2026 under the company’s share award scheme. The on-market transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$0.71 per share, representing a total consideration of about HK$0.10 million, excluding transaction costs.

The purchased shares equal roughly 0.02% of Scholar Education’s issued share capital. Following the transaction, the trustee’s aggregate holding rose to 53.58 million shares, or 7.95% of total shares outstanding.
