JOIN-SHARE (01543) announced that on September 16, 2025, the company entered into a business cooperation agreement with Zhongshan Financial Investment. Under this arrangement, the group will provide guarantees for customers to Zhongshan Financial Investment Group, with a maximum guarantee amount of RMB 100 million. The specific terms of individual guarantees provided by the group (including guarantee methods, scope, and duration) will be determined through separate guarantee service agreements to be concluded between the group and Zhongshan Financial Investment Group.
