Unisound wins RMB20 million city-level AI platform contracts in Nanning and Xiamen

Bulletin Express07-31

Unisound AI Technology Co., Ltd. (Unisound) has secured two municipal-level artificial-intelligence infrastructure projects with a combined contract value exceeding RMB20.00 million, according to a voluntary announcement dated 31 July 2026.

The company’s U2 large-model technology and intelligent-agent development platform underpinned its successful bid for the “Model-Digital Space” initiative in Nanning, a project aimed at advancing the national agendas of digital-economy expansion and market-based data-element allocation while supporting the China-ASEAN Digital Economy Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.

Following the Nanning win, Unisound was also awarded a contract to build Xiamen’s municipal AI public platform. Management highlighted that these back-to-back mandates elevate the firm’s city-level MaaS (Model-as-a-Service) solution from single-point proof-of-concept to cross-regional deployment, providing a foundation for broader, scalable roll-outs.

Looking ahead, Unisound plans to refine its Model-Digital Space and city-level AI public-foundation offerings in collaboration with local stakeholders, using its core AI capabilities to empower locally operated one-person companies (OPCs) and reinforce its leadership in large-model commercialisation.
