Stock News10-14

According to Zhitong Finance APP, CREALIGHTS (01191) fell nearly 8% in late trading. As of press time, it was down 7.8% at HK$98.75, with a turnover of HK$149 million.

On the news front, CREALIGHTS announced that it plans to adjust the use of its IPO proceeds, allocating a total of approximately HK$441 million for the procurement of raw materials for expanded production capacity, approximately HK$624 million for expanding optical module production capacity and enhancing automation levels, approximately HK$140 million for continued investment in new product and technology research and development, approximately HK$137 million for working capital and general corporate purposes, and the remaining approximately HK$24.4 million for business promotion and market expansion.

The board of directors stated that since the third quarter of 2026, the optical module industry landscape has evolved rapidly, downstream computing power demand has accelerated, core customer order volumes have increased, and the degree of tension in the upstream supply chain has intensified. Securing upstream materials and ensuring stable delivery capability have become key competitive factors, necessitating a reallocation of funds to support capacity expansion and supply chain security.
