TEN PAO GROUP (01979) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$2.948 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 19.3%. Gross profit increased by 4.9% to HK$527 million, while net profit attributable to owners reached approximately HK$212 million, up 20.4% year-on-year. Earnings per share stood at HK$0.21, with an interim dividend of 6.2 HK cents per share.

The announcement stated that revenue growth was primarily driven by contributions from the industrial power supply and new energy business segments. As a leader in the intelligent power solutions sector, the Group has integrated AI application technology into its production equipment and developed core components for AI hardware - intelligent controllers and charging solutions - to comprehensively connect the AI industry chain. The company applies AI technology to enhance production capacity and efficiency while providing high-end technical support for downstream customers to rapidly integrate AI development, consolidating its important position in the supply chain.

The Group will further strengthen the production capacity layout and automation equipment of its various facilities, optimize global supply chain management to improve operational efficiency, respond agilely to market changes, and further drive business expansion and the achievement of growth targets.
