CSSC SHIPPING: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 7.96%

JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 5.61 million shares of CSSC SHIPPING off-exchange at an average of HKD 2.4242 per share on September 30, 2026, involving about HKD 13.61 million. The transaction was an off-exchange trade (consideration: cash), not a direct secondary-market dealing, and represented a disposal of a security interest in shares. Additionally, JPMorgan reduced its short position by returning borrowed shares under a securities lending agreement, with the short position ratio falling from 6.05% to 5.99%.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan's long position in CSSC SHIPPING was 499.73 million shares, representing 8.05%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 494.11 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.96%. The short position before the reduction was 375.83 million shares (6.05%), and after the reduction stood at 372.11 million shares (5.99%).
