On the news front, on October 15, GenFleet Therapeutics announced positive progress in multiple clinical studies of GFH375/VS-7375 (an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor) and released the latest data from the related research.

Currently, GFH375 has been granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation three times by the Center for Drug Evaluation of China's National Medical Products Administration, targeting KRAS G12D-mutant pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (CRC) respectively, and has entered two registrational Phase 3 studies for monotherapy in pancreatic cancer and NSCLC.

GenFleet's international partner Verastem Oncology is expected to launch a registrational Phase 3 study of VS-7375 in multiple combination regimens (combined with anti-EGFR therapy or chemotherapy) for first-line treatment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by the end of this year, with progression-free survival (PFS) and objective response rate (ORR) as dual primary endpoints and overall survival (OS) as a secondary endpoint. The study protocol has already reached consensus with the U.S. FDA.
