According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Norges Bank sold 1.3598 million shares of Pharmaron (HKEX: 03759) on June 29th.
The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$18.4291 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$25.06 million.
Following this disposal, Norges Bank's shareholding in the company decreased to about 27.923 million shares, representing a stake of 7.92%.
