On May 15, the Administrative Penalty Decision Information Disclosure Form of the People's Bank of China Wenshan Prefecture Branch revealed that Yunnan Yanshan Rural Commercial Bank has been issued a warning and fined 162,000 yuan. The penalties were imposed for violations including breaches of regulations on RMB bank settlement accounts, non-compliance with credit information management rules, and failure to adhere to anti-money laundering provisions.
