Veeva shares jumped 11% in premarket trading after results easily beat consensus estimates and it issued positive guidance. Veeva Systems sees FY2027 EPS of $8.85, versus the consensus of $8.59.

Cloud-based identity-software provider Okta reported a revenue and earnings beat, sending shares up 3% in premarket trading even as guidance for the current quarter came in below analysts’ expectations.

Ses AI Corp. shares crumbled 19% in premarket trading after the company released its fourth-quarter earnings report, missing the Street's revenue expectations and guiding to fiscal 2026 revenue below estimates.

Rigetti Computing shares fell 4% in premarket trading after the quantum computing firm reported fourth-quarter results that missed Wall Street's estimates.

IREN announced Wednesday that it has expanded its ordinary share offering program, increasing the total amount available for sale to $6 billion under its At Market Issuance Sales Agreement. The shares sank 5% in premarket trading.
