From January 1 to March 25, manufacturing industry sales revenue increased by 5.4% year-on-year, accounting for 29.2% of the total sales revenue of national enterprises. Specifically, equipment manufacturing sales revenue grew by 6.3%, representing 46.5% of the manufacturing sector's sales revenue, an increase of 0.4 percentage points compared to the same period last year. High-tech industry sales revenue rose by 14.6%. Driven by demand in areas such as artificial intelligence and computing centers, sales revenue for integrated circuit design and integrated circuit manufacturing grew by 48.9% and 40.7%, respectively.
During the same period, eco-environmental protection-related industries accelerated their development. Sales revenue for ecological protection and environmental治理 grew by 9.6% year-on-year. Clean energy power generation sales revenue increased rapidly, accounting for 36.3% of total power generation sales revenue, up 4.5 percentage points from the same period last year. Solar and wind power generation sales revenue grew significantly faster than the average growth rate for the power production sector.
Service consumption maintained relatively fast growth. Sales revenue for homestay services and residential services increased by 15.3% and 7.3% year-on-year, respectively. The extended Spring Festival holiday boosted the cultural and tourism market, with active performance in cultural tourism and recreational entertainment.
Corporate spending on purchasing mechanical equipment, which reflects business equipment updates, increased by 8.4% year-on-year, maintaining a relatively fast growth trend. Nationwide inter-provincial trade sales value grew by 4.3% year-on-year, accounting for 41% of the national total sales value. Over 80% of provinces saw positive growth in inter-provincial trade sales value. Inter-provincial sales value in the transportation and logistics industry increased by 6%, effectively supporting the deeper advancement of building a unified national market.
