Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. Announces Leadership Changes Effective 28 November 2025

Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. (the “Company”) has announced several management changes, all taking effect on 28 November 2025. Mr. Li Yijun has resigned from his roles as company secretary, secretary of the board, and authorised representative under the Listing Rules due to family reasons. It was also disclosed that Ms. Yung Mei Yee ceased to serve as the process agent in Hong Kong due to work adjustment. Both individuals confirmed they have no disagreement with the board and no matters that require further attention.

Concurrently, the Company has appointed Ms. Ma Wing Yee as the new company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent. Ms. Ma has over a decade of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial practices for listed companies in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Mr. Han Guan Zhao has been named secretary of the board. Mr. Han, aged 46, has served in legal affairs positions at COFCO Feed Co. Ltd. and joined Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. in December 2019. He currently holds posts as deputy general manager, general legal counsel, and chief compliance officer.

The board expressed its appreciation to the departing individuals for their contributions and extended a warm welcome to Ms. Ma and Mr. Han in their new capacities.
