On 9 July 2026 CG Services (Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited) released a circular detailing the scrip dividend scheme applicable to both the 2025 final dividend and the 2025 special dividend.

The bilingual circular is now accessible on the company website (www.bgyfw.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to review the online version, which the board regards as the primary channel of disclosure.
