Lens Technology Co., Ltd. (LENS) filed its Hong Kong Stock Exchange monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing stable authorised capital and a targeted reduction in treasury shares under its employee incentive programme.

Total authorised share capital stood unchanged at 5.28 billion shares, comprising 301.60 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 4.98 billion A shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, all with a par value of RMB 1 each.

Issued H shares were steady at 301.60 million with no treasury position. The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong minimum public-float requirement of 5% for its H-share class.

Key movement occurred in A shares: 15.35 million treasury A shares were transferred to participants of the 2026 A-Shares Restricted Shares Incentive Scheme approved on 16 July 2026. This transaction raised outstanding A shares to 4.98 billion and reduced remaining treasury stock to 1.76 million shares.

Consequently, total issued shares excluding treasury rose by 15.35 million to 5.28 billion, while the aggregate share count, including treasury, remained flat at 5.28 billion. No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were issued or exercised during the month.

The disclosure was signed by Chairman of the Board Chau Kwan Fei and submitted on 30 September 2026.
