Tongyu Communication Inc. (002792) announced on October 24 that it has received a commitment letter from its majority shareholders and actual controllers, Wu Zhonglin and Shi Guiqing. They stated their confidence in the company's future development and recognition of its long-term investment value, pledging not to actively reduce their holdings in the next 12 months. As of now, Wu Zhonglin and Shi Guiqing together hold 244 million shares, accounting for 46.54% of the company's total equity.
