On September 19, 2025, JinkoSolar and Longi Green Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. jointly announced that they have reached a settlement agreement regarding patent claims and legal matters involving both companies and their affiliated entities on a global scale.
According to the settlement agreement, both parties have agreed to: terminate all ongoing patent dispute legal proceedings worldwide, and establish commercial arrangements for cross-licensing of certain core patents held by each party.
