Victory Giant Technology Refutes Online Rumours, Cites Growing AI-PCB Backlog and Confirmed Demand Through 2028

Bulletin Express07-14 12:45

Victory Giant Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. released a voluntary clarification on 14 July 2026 to counter what it described as “seriously inaccurate” rumours circulating on online platforms about its product quality, market share and project progress.

The Board stated that the company remains a long-term strategic partner to leading domestic and international artificial-intelligence clients. Management reiterated that “quality” and “safety” are central to operations and confirmed all activities are conducted in strict accordance with customer standards.

Key operational updates include:

• Robust market demand: Orders for AI-related printed circuit boards (PCBs) are “strong,” with the order backlog continuing to expand. Production and shipments are proceeding normally, and order volumes from core customers are increasing.

• Solid future visibility: Certain major clients have already provided long-term demand projections extending to 2027-2028, underpinning management’s confidence in sustainable production, operations and profitability.

The company emphasised that the online statements have caused reputational harm and potential disruption to normal business operations. Victory Giant Technology is considering legal action against parties responsible for disseminating the false information.

Investors are urged to rely solely on disclosures made through official channels designated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the company’s own announcements, and to exercise caution when trading the shares of Victory Giant Technology.
