Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Zheng Zheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the Company's external auditor, effective from January 2, 2026, to fill the vacancy created by Tianjian Deyang's resignation, with the term to last until the conclusion of the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
