Shougang Lanza's Hong Kong Public Offering Receives Over 1,400 Times Subscription, Global Sale Raises Approximately HK$486 Million

Shougang Lanza (02553) has announced the allotment results for its initial public offering.

The company offered a total of 40 million H shares globally, with 15% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and 85% to the international offering.

The final offer price has been set at HK$14.60 per share, with net proceeds from the global offering expected to be approximately HK$486 million.

Each board lot consists of 200 shares.

The company's H shares are scheduled to commence trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was significantly oversubscribed by approximately 1,421.54 times.

The international offering was subscribed approximately 0.95 times.
