Bulletin Express09-17

NagaCorp Ltd. confirmed on 18 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.nagacorp.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who had previously requested hard copies will receive the printed report by mail.

The casino and resort operator is offering shareholders greater flexibility in how they receive future Corporate Communications, including any Actionable Corporate Communications. Investors may opt to receive electronic notices by email by completing, signing, and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Union Registrars Ltd., via email (3918-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post, or in person at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. No postage is required for returns mailed within Hong Kong.

Shareholders can request printed copies of any Corporate Communications at any time, free of charge; such requests remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded. If shareholders encounter difficulties accessing the online documents, the company will dispatch printed versions upon request.

Enquiries should be directed to Union Registrars’ hotline at +852 2849 3399, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

Corporate Communications comprise materials such as directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Actionable Corporate Communications are communications that invite shareholders to exercise rights or make elections, excluding notices of general meetings and proxy forms.
