REPT BATTERO (00666) Subsidiary Signs Construction Contract with Fujian Qingtuo

On December 9, 2025, Jiaxing Lanjun (a subsidiary of REPT BATTERO) entered into a construction contract with Fujian Qingtuo. Under the agreement, Jiaxing Lanjun appointed Fujian Qingtuo to provide construction services for the project.

The project involves the renovation of the steel structure section in the 1# plant (Area: 10–16 Axis / A–ES Axis) under the new 45GWh annual production capacity initiative for lithium-ion battery cells and modules. This project is a critical component of the group's strategic capacity expansion, demanding high standards in construction quality, timeline, and supply chain stability.

Fujian Qingtuo was selected as the winning bidder through a rigorous tender process. With over 20 years of expertise in manufacturing and installing metallurgical equipment, as well as constructing steel structure plants, the company demonstrated strong competitiveness among qualified bidders.

Notably, Fujian Qingtuo is an affiliate of Tsingshan Group, the world's largest stainless steel and nickel producer, ranked 247th on the Fortune Global 500 in 2025. Tsingshan leads globally with over 10 million tons of crude stainless steel capacity and 300,000 tons of nickel equivalent in nickel-iron production. The partnership ensures technical quality, cost efficiency, and professional engineering services for the project.
