SICC (02631): Wang Junguo Appointed as Employee Representative Director for the Second Board of Directors

SICC (02631) announced that Shandong SICC Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Company") recently received a written resignation report from Director Mr. Wang Junguo. Due to adjustments in the corporate governance structure, Mr. Wang applied to resign from his position as non-independent director of the Company's second board of directors, effective from the date the resignation report was submitted to the board. Apart from stepping down as non-independent director, Mr. Wang will retain his other roles in the Company.

On October 30, 2025, the Company held an employee representative assembly, which approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Junguo as employee representative director for the second board of directors. His term will commence from the date of approval by the assembly and continue until the end of the second board's tenure.
