Softcare Limited (HKEX: 02698) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure and ongoing compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.

Authorised Share Capital • Authorised ordinary shares remained at 1.00 billion with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to authorised capital of USD 0.10 million. No changes were recorded during the month.

Issued Share Capital and Public Float • Issued ordinary shares stood unchanged at 620.81 million. • The company held no treasury shares. • Softcare confirmed that its public float continues to satisfy the 15% minimum prescribed at listing.

Share Option Activity • Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 15 January 2025): 1.02 million options outstanding; up to 66,602 shares may be issued upon potential exercise. • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 27 October 2025): no options outstanding; the scheme permits issuance of up to 60.59 million shares. • No new shares were issued and no funds were raised from option exercises in July.
