DOBOT (02432) fell more than 7%, extending losses. At the time of writing, the stock was down 5.32% to HK$39.54, with a trading volume of HK$120 million.

The company recently announced the placement of 16.66 million new H shares at HK$46.8 per share, raising approximately HK$771 million in net proceeds. The placement was completed on November 13.

This marks DOBOT's second equity financing in four months, following a HK$1.022 billion fundraising in July. Cumulatively, the company has raised around HK$1.8 billion.

Notably, on November 11, DOBOT Robotics signed a strategic cooperation agreement with listed company Sunway Communication. The two parties will collaborate in embodied AI robots and high-performance collaborative robotics.

Sunway Communication expressed strong confidence in DOBOT's technological capabilities and service quality, pledging to actively adopt DOBOT's robotic products and system solutions for its smart manufacturing upgrades.
