Bulletin Express10-07

Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited released a bilingual circular titled “Proposed Share Consolidation and Change in Board Lot Size” together with a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). Both the English and Chinese versions were published on 8 October 2026 and are accessible on the company’s website (www.grown-up.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company urges shareholders—especially non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS—to review the digital versions. Those unable to access the online documents may request free printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, via the prepaid mailing label or by email to 1842-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.). Until such information is supplied, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00). The letter is signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Thomas Berg on behalf of the Board.
