AAC Tech Repurchases 200,000 Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 44.78 Million

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (AAC Tech) reported the execution of an on-market share buyback on 22 September 2026, acquiring 200,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 39.56 and HKD 40.06, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 39.86 per share and an aggregate cash outlay of HKD 7.97 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.15 billion, down 0.02% from 1.15 billion the previous day. • Treasury shares increased to 44.78 million, up from 44.58 million. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.20 billion shares.

The buyback forms part of AAC Tech’s mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 116.18 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 8.05 million shares, representing 0.69% of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date.

All 200,000 repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, AAC Tech is subject to a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share sales until 22 October 2026.
