Tsui Wah Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed on 6 July 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised Share Capital • Authorised shares: 10.00 billion ordinary shares • Par value: HKD 0.01 per share • Total authorised capital: HKD 100.00 million The authorised share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Issued Share Capital • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 1,411.23 million • Treasury shares: 0 • Total issued shares: 1,411.23 million There were no issuances, cancellations, conversions, or share repurchases in June, leaving the company’s issued share count unchanged.

Capital Management Instruments No activity was reported in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

Public Float Compliance Tsui Wah confirmed that its public float continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum requirement of 25% of issued shares as at 30 June 2026.
