ABC Announces Departure of Non-Executive Director Li Wei Upon Term Expiry

ABC (Agricultural Bank of China Limited) reported that Mr. Li Wei has concluded his term as non-executive director, effective immediately. His departure also ends his roles on three board committees: County Area Banking Business and Inclusive Finance Development, Nomination and Remuneration, and Audit.

The bank confirmed that Mr. Li Wei leaves without disagreement with the board and has no issues requiring shareholder or creditor attention. The board expressed sincere gratitude for his contribution during his tenure.

Board composition following the departure remains as follows: • Executive directors – Gu Shu, Wang Zhiheng, Liu Hong and Lin Li. • Non-executive directors – Zhou Ji, Liu Xiaopeng, Zhang Qi (張奇) and Zhang Hongwu. • Independent non-executive directors – Wu Liansheng, Wang Changyun, Ju Jiandong, Zhuang Yumin, Zhang Qi (張琦) and Wong Pui Sze Priscilla.
