CH TREASURES NM Announces Private Placement of Up to 200 Million Shares at 20% Discount

CH TREASURES NM (02439) has announced a proposed placement of up to 200 million shares. This represents approximately 20.00% of the company's issued share capital as of the announcement date, and about 16.67% of the enlarged share capital following the issuance.

The placement price is set at HK$0.228 per share, which represents a discount of approximately 20.00% compared to the closing price of HK$0.285 per share on April 1.

Assuming the full placement is completed, the net proceeds are estimated to be around HK$45.4 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for the procurement of production materials, research and development of new products, and the promotion of the company's products.
