The China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) has announced the resolutions from its 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders, held today. The meeting reviewed and passed the proposal regarding the election of Mr. Ge Ming as an independent director for the company's tenth board of directors.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the appointment of Ge Ming to the position of independent director is subject to final approval by the regulatory authorities.
