FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that, due to business development needs, the board of directors resolved on December 1, 2025, to change the company's English name from "Beijing Fourth Paradigm Technology Co., Ltd." to "Phancy Group Co., Ltd." The company's Chinese name will remain unchanged.
Additionally, the board resolved on the same date to propose the appointment of Mr. Pan Jialin as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Pan's appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
