Stella International Holdings Limited (Stella Holdings) has increased its issued share capital by 1.43 million ordinary shares following a series of option exercises under the group’s 2017 Share Option Scheme, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 23 April 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The newly issued shares were allotted in 13 tranches between 1 April and 23 April 2026, comprising 12 tranches to employees and one tranche of 0.50 million shares to a director participant. Aggregate issuance represented roughly 0.17% of the company’s pre-transaction share capital.
