Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed on 3 August 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 100.00 million in authorised share capital. • Issued shares stood unchanged at 2.18 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding or created during the month.

Public Float Compliance The company confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued share capital.

Share Option Scheme Activity • No share options were outstanding, granted, exercised, or cancelled in July. • The scheme still allows for up to 189.00 million shares to be issued upon future option grants.

Other Instruments and Movements • The filing recorded zero activity in warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments. • No repurchases, cancellations, or transfers involving treasury shares occurred.

With the capital base steady and compliance affirmed, Wisdom Education enters August with an unchanged equity profile and full capacity under its existing option scheme.
