RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (RoboTechnik) announced that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has confirmed the company’s exemption from Rule 13.48(1) of the Listing Rules, which normally requires a listed issuer to publish and distribute an interim report within three months after the first six months of a financial year.
The waiver applies to the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 because RoboTechnik: 1. Incorporated all Appendix D2 financial disclosures—covering the six months ended 30 June 2026, with comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2025—into its prospectus dated 21 September 2026. 2. Included a statement in the prospectus detailing its level of compliance with the Corporate Governance Code in Appendix C1 of the Listing Rules, along with explanations for any deviations. 3. Confirmed that omitting a separate interim report does not breach its constitutional documents, PRC regulations, or any other applicable legal requirements.
Consequently, RoboTechnik will not prepare, publish, or send an interim or summary interim report for the first half of 2026. Shareholders and professional investors are advised that the relevant six-month financial results can be reviewed in the prospectus available on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.robo-technik.com).
The announcement was authorized by the Board of RoboTechnik. As of 30 September 2026, the Board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Dai Jun (Chairman), Mr. Torsten Vahrenkamp, Ms. Li Liangyu, and Mr. Zhu Huaqiao—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Yan Houmin, Mr. Chen Lihu, and Mr. Zhu Zhaobin.
