Fantasia Holdings Sees Shares Deposited into HSBC Valued at HK$27.81 Million

A notable deposit movement was recorded for Fantasia Holdings Group (01777) on August 6, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total market value of the deposited shares reached HK$27.81 million, representing 5.48% of the company's issued shares.

The company's shareholder deposited 952 million shares into Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC).

In a separate announcement, Fantasia Holdings stated that on August 6, 2026, it converted 50% of the initial issuance size of mandatory convertible bonds, resulting in the issuance of 1.286 billion shares upon conversion of these mandatory convertible bonds.
