Tencent's operating system-level AI assistant, Marvis, has officially launched its iOS mobile application on the Apple App Store.
This release marks the completion of its full deployment across mobile and PC platforms, following the initial launch for Android, Windows, and macOS on May 20th.
Key Enhancements in the iOS Version
The introduction of the iOS version significantly enhances the cross-device collaboration experience between mobile and computer.
Through "multi-device account synchronization," users can connect and control multiple registered devices with just one phone, enabling connections between Android phones and Mac computers or between iOS phones and Windows PCs.
Leveraging "cross-platform remote computer control," users can remotely control their computer's desktop in real-time via Marvis on their phone, even when away from the machine.
This allows for the completion of complex tasks traditionally limited to PCs, with the ability to view the computer screen live, enabling genuine "desktop-level visual remote control" rather than traditional command-based remote access.
Practical Application Scenarios
In a typical work scenario, if a user needs to supplement a file while commuting, they can simply instruct Marvis to send meeting minutes from the computer desktop to the mobile app, with the assistant automatically handling cross-device location and transfer.
When urgent historical documents are needed while traveling, users can similarly perform remote searches, export files, and send them to an email inbox.
For users who need to maintain computers for elderly family members, they can remotely take over a home computer via their phone to perform operations like software installation and configuration adjustments while also seeing the computer's actual status.
Additional Functionality
Furthermore, even when a computer is locked, users can remotely input a password via their phone to wake it and execute subsequent operations.
Lengthy tasks such as game updates or large file downloads can be monitored for progress and given further instructions at any time through the phone.
Even when a computer is offline, the iOS version of Marvis can switch to a pure cloud capability mode to independently handle tasks like information retrieval and file processing.
Rapid Product Development
Marvis is currently in a phase of rapid product capability iteration.
Since its initial release on May 20, 2026, Marvis has maintained a high-frequency update schedule, delivering a total of 21 versions within just one month, averaging one new version every one to two days.
These updates have included features such as session management, voice input, mobile-to-Mac remote control, persona management, and a low-resource consumption mode.
The development team has indicated that future capabilities will gradually include a Mac local mode, a global knowledge base, and customizable agents.
